1. Introduction

MistriPro ("we", "our", "the app") is a billing and estimation app built for carpenters and contractors in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MistriPro, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, GST number (optional), and business address, provided when you sign up or edit your profile.

Business data you create: quotations, bills, material lists, client names and contact numbers, Khata (credit/debit) entries, Hajri Card attendance and worker details, and Site Book information (site names, client details, payment records, and expense notes).

Photos: if you use Site Book to attach photos (e.g., material deliveries, progress shots), these are stored locally on your device only — not uploaded to our servers.

Advertising identifiers: if ads are shown in the app, Google AdMob may collect device advertising IDs and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Section 5 below.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your account and business data (bills, clients, Khata, Hajri, Site Book records) are stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

Photos taken in Site Book are stored only in your device's local storage and are not backed up to the cloud. If you uninstall the app or lose your device, locally stored photos cannot be recovered by us.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core app features: creating bills, quotations, and tracking payments
• To let you generate and share PDF documents with your own clients
• To sync your data across sessions on the same account
• To respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

MistriPro may display ads served by Google AdMob to support free use of the app. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and general usage data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.

This data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can control ad personalization through your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

6. Permissions We Request

• Camera / Photos: only used when you choose to attach a photo in Site Book. We do not access your camera or gallery at any other time.
• Phone: used only when you tap a "Call" button to dial a client or worker directly — we do not access your call logs.
• Internet: required to sync your data with our servers and to display ads.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your business data with third parties, except: (a) Google Firebase, which stores your data on our behalf under Google's security standards, and (b) Google AdMob, for the limited advertising purposes described in Section 5.

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain information for legal or accounting purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

MistriPro is a business tool intended for use by adult contractors, carpenters, and business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above.
